What is the status of my order?

To view the status of your order, you can log in to your account or contact customer service. You should allow up to 10 business days to process your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with more information.

Why am I not getting an order confirmation email?

Some customers find our emails in the spam folder of their email inbox. The sender name should contain Organics. If you never received an order confirmation email for a purchase, then you should contact our customer service team immediately.

What forms of payment are accepted here?

You can purchase with most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and more. We also accept PayPal, Diner's Club.
